Production Planning Engineer (PP

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on customer orders and demand forecasts.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays or changes in priorities.Build and manage product trees within Priority Software to optimize production planning.
• Analyze and understand production processes, including cost estimation, time requirements, and materials needed.
• Plan and allocate raw materials for various production lines to ensure seamless operation.
• Issue and manage Work Orders and Assembly Certificates in warehouse operations.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Address and resolve production or supply chain disruptions promptly.
• Generate reports on production performance, resource utilization, and delivery timelines.standards.
• Collaborate effectively with Procurement, Quality, and R&D functions to streamline and enhance production processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in planning and managing production processes.
• Knowledge and experience with production planning and management software (ERP, MRP, etc.).
• Experienced with MS Office, and especially with Project and Excel
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Close attention to detail and self-motivated
• Proficiency in English - both written and spoken.
