EHS Manager - Temporary for a year

Conducting and leading risk assessments and investigations
Performing safety inspections and tests
Leading investigations and learning from site incidents
Participating in product introduction and production line planning with safety aspects
Implementing procedures and standards, participating in writing safety-related procedures for the facility
Supervising and guiding subcontractors and conducting safety training for employees
Responsibility for directing and managing occupational medical examinations
Conducting environmental monitoring as required by law and Teva procedures, understanding occupational exposures at the site, and implementing improvements to minimize employee exposure to harmful agents
Continuous communication with Global EHS including accident reporting and implementation of global safety requirements
Working with authorities: Labor Inspection, Fire Department, Home Front Command

Education as a Safety Engineer or Chemistry Engineer
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Safety Engineer in pharmaceutical / food / chemical industry
Knowledge and mastery of local safety regulation
