System Analyst – Temporary Position

Keshet Digital is seeking a skilled Systems Analyst for a key role in building a new CMS.

The position involves in-depth analysis of workflows, business logic, and technical infrastructure of the current system. The Systems Analyst will act as a bridge between the existing system and future needs, ensuring the new CMS is robust, user-friendly, scalable, and tailored to meet the needs of all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, the ability to analyze complex processes, and translate them into clear requirements. Familiarity with modern CMS functionality and insights into current industry trends will be critical to creating an advanced, innovative system.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive analysis of workflows, business logic, and technical infrastructure of the existing CMS, identifying limitations and inefficiencies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Content, Development, Product) to deeply understand current and future needs and requirements.
Map all workflows and dependencies to ensure a seamless transition to the new system.
Research and evaluate modern CMS functionalities and recommend features that enhance system efficiency and usability.
Develop a detailed Product Requirements Document (PRD), including technical specifications, workflows, and user requirements for the new CMS.
Provide actionable recommendations for integrating advanced functionalities while aligning with existing infrastructure.
Serve as a central liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.
Support development teams during the planning, development, and implementation phases, ensuring precise execution of requirements and processes.
Ensure the new system is scalable, secure, and future-ready by understanding the technical environment and proposing innovative solutions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Systems Analyst, with a focus on CMS systems and process optimization
Best practices of UX and the ability to implement processes with a focus on user experience
Strong ability to analyze and document complex processes, business logic, and system architecture.
In-depth understanding of technical infrastructure and the ability to bridge legacy systems with modern needs.
Familiarity with advanced CMS functionalities, including user-friendly interfaces, process automation, and digital asset management.
High-level analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify gaps and propose practical solutions.
Proficiency in writing PRDs, workflows, and comprehensive technical documentation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and project management practices.
