Job Description

As a Product Manager in the Business Communication (Inbox) team, you'll redefine how business owners engage with customers using AI-powered conversational tools. You'll work closely with developers and designers to shape the infrastructure for partner communication, while driving measurable business impact through data-driven decisions.

In your day-to-day, you will:

Redefine how business owners engage with customers using AI-powered conversational tools aimed to leverage business success
Collaborate with developers and designers on shaping communication infrastructure with partners
Collaborate with other product teams at Wix to identify opportunities, and deliver products to address them.
Make product decisions based on data, market research, and user insights
Generate measurable business impact using KPIs

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a product manager
Driven by user success and business impact, skilled in analyzing user needs & intents
Auto didactic with the ability to lead projects End to end.
Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mentality Proven ability to make data-driven decisions
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to build
Experience in communication infrastructure and AI tools - A Plus
