* 5+ years in a client-facing role (TAM or similar) in a B2B SaaS company.
* Strong technical skills with hands-on experience in APIs, troubleshooting, and databases.
* Proven success managing complex US-based projects and working with global teams.
* Fluent English, exceptional communication skills, and a talent for client relationships.
* Willingness to partially work US hours and provide occasional on-call support.
* Experience in retail, e-commerce, logistics, or customer engagement is a big plus!
