Job description:
Leading tender's filing and analyzing contractual and commercial risks.
Accompany engagements with customers, business partners and suppliers.
Formulating a strategy for action while addressing problems during project execution.
Working with senior interfaces in the company.
Working with external lawyers in Israel and overseas, including re: legal proceedings.

LL.B – Mandatory
Membership in the Israel Bar Association – Mandatory
Experience of 4 years and above as an internal lawyer of a global company – Mandatory
Experience in negotiations and contracts drafting.
English mother tongue level – Mandatory
Willingness to work strenuous and flexible hours.
