Solutions Engineer

Our company is a global leader of cyber security and application delivery solutions for physical, cloud, and software defined data centers.
As an Advanced Solutions Engineer, you'll work with cutting-edge technologies to integrate and automate solutions within Public and Private Cloud environments, as well as various Virtualization ecosystems. You will play a key role in conducting Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and delivering innovative, customized solutions to our's customers and partners.
The role demands a dynamic, open-minded approach, learning new technologies in an ever-evolving environment. You'll collaborate with SEs, post-sales engineers, and product teams to create strategic tools that bring real value to customers.
What is the job:
Design and implement integrations of solutions in cloud and virtual environments
Lead PoCs and deliver "out-of-the-box" solutions to meet customer-specific needs
Provide expert-level technical support and consulting
Collaborate with customers to identify and solve complex technical challenges
Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to automation strategies

5+ years of relevant experience in networking, professional services, or DevOps roles
Expert knowledge of Layer 2/3 switching and routing, along with a solid understanding of Layer 4/7 technologies (e.g., HTTP, DNS, load balancing)
Proficiency in scripting (Python, Perl, TCL, Bash, etc.)
Extensive experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware, KVM, AWS, OpenStack, and Hyper-V
Customer-focused with excellent cross-cultural communication skills
Strong English communication skills—both written and verbal
Experience creating technical documentation and presentations
Basic programming skills in Java or other object-oriented languages.
Experience in Linux administration.
Familiarity with API integration and programming.
Knowledge of security technologies (firewalls, WAF, IDS/IPS, VPN, SSL, IPSec).
Experience with SDN technologies (NSX, ACI, Nuage, Contrail, OpenFlow).
