Creative Graphic Designer

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Creative Graphic Designer to join our talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating interactive online content for digital platforms that align with our brand’s vision and marketing strategy, including social media graphics, website banners, event artwork, brochures, presentations and more. With a solid background in creative design, you will contribute to the success of various design initiatives, bringing innovative ideas to life and ensuring top-notch design outputs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design Execution:
o Create and execute compelling design concepts with ability to translate concept to visuals for various mediums, including digital, print, social media, website, events and branding.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product, to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
o Maintain consistency in style and tone across all design deliverables, ensuring alignment with the brand’s guidelines.
• Creative Development:
o Develop design assets such as graphics, layouts, and visuals that enhance brand presence and engage target audiences.
o Create marketing assets such as brochures, webpages, case studies, presentations etc
o Experiment with new design techniques and approaches to keep the creative output fresh and innovative.
o Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to inform and inspire your work.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative design role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise.
• Skills:
o Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
o Proficiency in digital design formats, tools, platforms and best practices
o Experience in PPT, PDF and similar tools
o Excellent knowledge of digital design suited / adapted to all digital platforms
o Excellent creative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate and execute innovative design ideas.
o Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality design work consistently for assets ranging from executive presentations to product brochures.
o Effective communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate with team members.
o English fluent level
