Innovation Project Manager

• We are seeking a Project Manager to lead innovation activities such as field pilots with external vendors (including startup companies), internal ideation and solution creation, and partnerships in the transportation ecosystem.

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in innovation and/or transportation.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in or with operating companies or traditional service sectors (low-tech industries).
• Strong leadership skills and ability to drive collaboration with multicultural stakeholders.
• Hands-on approach with readiness to engage directly in field operations.
• Independent, proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to travel as required (mainly domestic, potentially abroad).
• Proficient in Hebrew and English (fluent/native).
