Applicative DBA

Responsibilities

As an applicative DBA you will be responsible for:

Design of database structure for new features.
Implementing all Database code (Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Tables, Views).
Monitor Production Environment, identify bottlenecks.
Performance tuning, ensure the system is optimized.
Offer refactoring solutions to existing models.
Work in an Agile team, support Development, QA and product colleagues with all DB aspects.

Requirements

3 years of hands-on experience as an applicative DBA working with Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience developing DB solutions from design phase to production (stored procedures, functions, tables, views, triggers etc.)
Experience in performance tuning.
Proficient in English (both speaking and writing).

Additional Skills

Experience working in a cloud-based environment (AWS) - Advantage.
Experience in Reporting servers (SSRS) - Advantage.
Experience working with: SSIS ETL tool - Advantage.
Experience in Powershell - Advantage.
Experience in NOSQL databases and messaging.
