Net Developer Team Lead

We are looking to hire a highly motivated and creative team leader with strong technical skills and desire to step into a key role in our organisation. Design and develop complex state of the software projects based on the .NET Core technology stack
Integrating software components and third-party integrations
Verifying and deploying programs and applications.
Leverage and generate reusable design standards to be utilised throughout the platform.
Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading the software product
Recommending and executing improvements.
Being an important part of the technical designing.
Create and enforce software style and culture
Enhance and maintain the communication between the team members.
Continuously develop and grow the team

Proficiency in English
3+ years of leading, motivating and mentoring a team of developers
5+ years of working experience with .NET framework
Practical knowledge of design patterns
Experience with micro services architecture
Experience with database design and implementation — SQL and NoSQL Solutions
Proven and demonstrable code writing skills at Senior level
Ability to lead by example, and to impact a sense of urgency and excitement
Excellent people skills — a demonstrated ability to work with both technical and non-technical individuals, both in gathering information and communicating direction and status.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
