We are currently seeking a professional to join our team as an IT Project Manager. We expect you to have strong communication skills and be able to create working relationships with development/product/sales teams

*Who you'll work with*

You’ll work with remote teams based in our locations around the world. The Project Manager joins our Helix corporate structure to work in squads, be responsible for coordinating squad activities, and manages backlog, to-do lists, and priority setting.

*What you will do as a Project Manager*

Groom backlog and plan releases

Set tasks for developers, monitor their execution and regular status reporting

Write and update technical and project documentation

Resolve conflicts, eliminate emerging problems in development

Hold meetings with developers and management

Create, modify and sustain development processes within the company.

Ensure implementation of Scrum's and Agile's best practices.

*Required Skills & Qualification*

2+ years of experience as Project Manager, QA or Technical Writer

Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum & Kanban frameworks

Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Good technical background

Experience in product companies and interaction with developers

Experience working with task trackers

Ability to clearly express your thoughts in writing and orally

Willingness to develop as a PM in a small team

Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English

Pay: 10,000.00₪ - 25,000.00₪ per month
