JobTestPrep, an E-learning company operating on a global scale, is currently seeking a Product Owner. Join our product team as we build it from the ground up. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of our products. Working closely with internal stakeholders, write requirements and specifications, and work with development teams through the delivery process.

Write clear and concise Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories that capture functional and non-functional requirements for software development

Collaborate with design and engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable tasks and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements

Prioritize the product backlog based on business value and strategic goals, balancing short-term tactical needs with long-term vision

Conduct regular sprint planning, grooming sessions, and retrospectives to track progress, resolve issues, and optimize team efficiency

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, roadmap changes, and upcoming releases

Self-learn approach and ability to understand complex systems including processes, products integrations, Interfaces, and technical architecture

Job Requirements
2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a software development environment, preferably within the HR technology or SaaS industry

Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels

Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA for project management and issue tracking

Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience working closely with design teams to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces

Advantage - You have experience with EdTech and HRTech products

Fluency in English – written and spoken
