Looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating innovative solutions for complex systems. The Senior UI/UX Designer will work closely with product and engineering teams to elevate the company's product and deliver a state-of-the-art experience for our users.

Responsibilities:

Develop a deep contextual understanding of our business, clients, users, and their needs.
Transform product requirements and concepts into wireframes, designs, and micro-copy, focusing on user experience.
Identify usability and design problems, and provide creative, smart, and simple solutions for complex products.
Lead the design of new features from concept to release and beyond, creating product specs, process flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Design marketing collateral and assets to engage potential clients and employees.

5 years of experience in UI/UX design within a product team (B2B experience is an advantage).
Proven experience collaborating closely with product, R&D, and marketing teams.
Extensive experience in web and mobile native app design is a must.
Experience in user research and user testing is a must
A strong online design portfolio showcasing web-based products and strong graphic principles.
A Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field is a must.
Innovative problem-solver with a passion for transforming complex problems into simple and intuitive user experiences.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
Experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for prototyping and design purposes.
Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
Experience with designing SAAS products is a plus
