Responsibilities:
Leading and mentoring the SDR team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Identifying and driving new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and outreach.
Overseeing the pipeline and ensuring accurate reporting on team performance.
Collaborating closely with management to set business objectives and strategic direction.

Proven experience in sales development or a similar role, additionaly with at least 1-3
years of team management experience.
Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Fluent business-level English for global communication and a strong digital
orientation.
