Temporary – Maternity leave replacement

In your role you will:
• Manage the sales order process for our Global Customers, including responsibility for the shipping process
• Be the point of contact for all order related issues
• Manage order entry and backlog
• Inform customers of production status and expected shipments
• Manage the shipping process until POD
• Manage the process of returned material for repair

• Proven experience as an Export/Logistics coordinator – Mandatory
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal – Mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with international customers – Advantage
• Experience with Priority – Advantage
