We are seeking an experienced, self-driven, and motivated Integration Team Leader to join our Professional Integration team. This team is responsible for delivering technical solutions to our customers in the Homeland Security sector.
Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a talented Integration team.
• Oversee and execute technical integration activities on existing platforms.
• Conduct end-to-end testing to ensure integration meets product owner requirements.
• Perform business analysis to fully understand product owner requirements.
• Provide regular project updates to Project Managers regarding deliverable status.
• Support operational teams with integration tasks and rollout of new requirements.
• Maintain thorough documentation of work processes, ensuring order and organization.
• Demonstrate the ability to learn and understand software, including proprietary products and third-party applications, to facilitate integrations and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills and Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in technical integration, system administration, IT support, or post-sale activities.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Team Management – We are seeking candidates with experience in managing a team of integrators, network technicians, or similar technical professionals.
• High Proficiency in English – A very high level of English is required, with additional language skills considered an advantage.
• Willingness to Travel Internationally – This role involves frequent travel abroad, as we manage a wide range of projects in international locations.
• Motivated and proactive approach to learning and researching new technologies.
• Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.

Preferred Experience:
• Experience in the Homeland Security (HLS) industry.
• Security clearance.
Technical Requirements for Integration Team Leader:
Education and Certifications:
• Practice Engineering background (advantageous).
• CCNA or similar certification.
• MCSA or similar certification.
Basic Requirements:
1. Networking: Strong knowledge of Cisco L2/L3 switches, routing protocols, and ACLs. Familiarity with additional networking equipment, such as Juniper and Allied Telesis, is a plus.
2. Windows Server (2019-2022): Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, Windows Firewall, Certification Authorities, Hyper-V (including live migration and clustering), and Windows Network Access Control (NAC).
3. Linux (Ubuntu): Basic experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
4. MS SQL Server: Experience with query writing, installation (standalone and Always On infrastructure), and troubleshooting.
5. MongoDB: Familiarity with installation, configuration, and clustering.
6. VMware: Skills in installation, configuration, and management of virtual machines, including High Availability (HA) clustering.
7. Firewall Management: Experience in rule creation, management, and troubleshooting.
8. Network Access Control (NAC): Experience with basic configuration, management, and troubleshooting.
9. VMware vSAN: Knowledge of vSAN storage solutions.
10. Script writing: PowerShell, Python, or similar script language.
11. Software Learning and Adaptability: Proficiency in quickly learning and understanding proprietary software and third-party products to support integration needs.

Advantageous Skills:
1. Network Monitoring Systems (NMS): Basic knowledge and management capabilities.
2. Advanced Linux (Ubuntu): Experience with VRRP, nginx, NFS, SMB, and iSCSI installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
3. NetApp Storage Systems: Basic management skills.
