Dealing Manager

A leading financial services company, specializing in online trading and investment solutions is looking for a Dealing Manager. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Dealing team and manage it. You will be responsible for ensuring that our company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Responsibilities:

Monitoring company’s exposure and trading portfolio, ensuring the company is within approved limits, policies, and procedures.
Developing and implementing effective methods of detection and remediation of trading fraud.
Ensuring the smooth and correct operation of the company’s systems and trading platforms.
Providing key parties with trading statistics.
Obtaining FX pricing from Liquidity providers, monitoring margin levels at LPs, ensuring that orders placed at LP do not stop-out and hedging works effectively.
Reviewing spreads and commissions

Experience in similar role within the financial services industry
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Math's or in other related fields
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of trading systems Platforms and CFD (MT4, Bloomberg, Reuters), Excel proficiency
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken
Knowledge of financial regulations - Advantage
