Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

Meeting and exceeding set KPIs per sales quotas.
Set up sell-out and promotions incentive plan with customers.
Conducting market visits, collecting and analyzing data.
Monitor and Analyzing PSI (purchase, Sales and Inventory) data
Manage Customer Orders:
Creating and processing orders on time, processing requests for rush orders, reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
Oversee orders progress, Troubleshoot poblems, provide status and assist with order related topics (missing docs, serial no, license problems etc).
Communicate with Customers on new products launches.
Identify where improvement is needed in sales practices and make suggestions for improvements.
Providing weekly reports of sales-related KPIs to management and customers

Skills and Qualifications

English and Arabic- High level.
Bachelor’s degree
1-3 years’ experience, including experience in a global company.
High analytical skills- experience in analysing complex data
Creativity and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand and manage complex processes
Ability to work cooperatively in a team and as an individual.
Self-learning ability
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel control (graphs, PIVOT, VLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, etc.)
