The Role:
Our Finance team is expanding, and we are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Bookkeeper to join us and support our day-to-day financial operations in a global, high-tech environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records.
Support the Accounts Payable process, including record vendors bills and processing payments to local and international vendors.
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
Work closely with internal teams and global subsidiaries.
Support external audit processes.
Participate in ad hoc accounting and finance-related projects.
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in a high-tech or fast-growing company.
Certified Bookkeeper - Level 2 (Level 3 is an advantage).
Strong Excel skills.
Good level of English (written and spoken).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Experience with NetSuite - an advantage.
