Product Manager

ONE ZERO is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team!

The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in product management or a related field, demonstrating a data-driven, strategic approach coupled with strong communication skills. Experience in fintech, banking, or finance is considered advantageous.

Requirements:

3+ years of product management experience in an innovation-driven environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
Data-driven decision-making, leveraging feedback and market research
Inspirational leadership, proactive problem-solving, and strong vision
Understanding of product lifecycle, technical proficiency, and commitment to learning
Track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products within deadlines
Comfortable in dynamic, startup-like environments
Previous experience in Fintech, Banking, Payments, or Trading tech companies is advantageous

Responsibilities:

Lead the development of innovative products aligned with the organization's strategic objectives, working closely with R&D, product, design, and quality assurance teams
Manage ongoing projects and tasks according to the roadmap, utilizing Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA
Craft clear and concise user stories, ensuring they are development-ready, and facilitate discussions with development teams during Agile ceremonies
Demonstrate a commitment to results by tracking progress, reporting to the executive team, and presenting insights for informed decision-making
Address day-to-day operational issues in collaboration with the Production team
Provide support for Marketing & Strategy initiatives, coordinating with various internal teams (Compliance, Legal, Risk, R&D, Marketing, Customer Care, etc.) to ensure alignment and smooth execution
