Job Description

Study the customer insights analytics, market change and trends, and prepare executive summary and analysis report to management
Monitor the progress tracking of Private Banking projects and campaigns to ensure that the deliverables are align with the plan
Develop business model, strategies, products, as well as tools to assist RM in selling products and services
Collaborate effectively with internal business partners and stakeholders to achieve the business targets and KPIs

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance & Banking, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
At least 5 years of working experience in business strategy & business model, financial service, customer journey, process improvement. Direct experiences in private banking, wealth business is advantageous
Possesses strong strategic and logical thinking skills and comprehensive understanding of banking products
Competent in Microsoft Office and business English skill
Be a quick learner, team player, and problem-solver
