Junior Wellbeing Expert (Maternity leave)

We’re looking for a Wellbeing expert who truly cares about the wellness and needs of our employees and has the project management skills to develop and execute new creative employee experience solutions. In your day-to-day, you will:

Plan and execute a diverse range of employee experience initiatives

Work daily with multiple stakeholders across the whole of Wix

Manage administrative tasks of ongoing employee projects

Be a key point of contact for Wix employees

Qualifications:

An employee experience expert with 1-2 years of experience

You're truly passionate about well-being, lifestyle, and trends

You have great interpersonal skills and know how to build relationships with anyone

You’re highly motivated and willing to dive hands-on into small and large projects

You have experience managing complex events
