Job Description

We’re seeking a hands-on, experienced and versatile Product Manager with a strong technical background to join our Product team. In this role, you’ll focus on developing new integrations and features that drive business growth. If you’re passionate about building impactful products, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excel at diving deep into new domains to unlock new opportunities, we’d love to hear from you.

Break down complex product challenges, analyze trade-offs and drive decisions to align with company objectives
Lead discovery efforts for new integrations and product features based on market needs and business strategy
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, account managers and customer support teams to transform insights into innovative solutions
Conduct ongoing analysis of the competitive landscape and industry trends to keep our products ahead of the curve
Engage with stakeholders to understand pain points and identify opportunities for high-impact product improvements

Qualifications

4+ years of product management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS company
Proficient in working with APIs and technical products; ability to understand and work through complex systems
Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and prioritization
Ability to independently research, understand and dive into new domains, driving informed decisions
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Experience with Shopify or similar platforms (e.g., Salesforce) – an advantage
