Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Operation Analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of sales and marketing.

In this position, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and enhance brand awareness, optimize inventory management strategies and handle various back-office tasks critical to operational success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating and holding status meetings with partners around the world, engaging for new leads, building orders and shipping plans, analyze the market and the industry in different regions.

- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

- Cultivate relationships with retail partners, distributors, and sales channels to expand product reach.

- Analyze sales data and inventory levels to optimize stock levels and meet customer demand and company goals.

- Utilize statistical models and forecasting techniques to predict future demand and identify trends.

- Utilize social media, email marketing, and digital platforms to engage with customers and drive brand awareness.

- Conduct back-office tasks including placing orders, preparing shipping documentation and more.

- Attend industry events to network with potential partners and showcase Yookidoo products.

- Collaborate with company management to share findings and contribute to strategic decision-making.

* Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
* Strong analytical skills with Proficiency in Excel. Knowledge in Priority- advantage.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Fluency in English- A must. Additional languages- advantage.
* 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred but not required.
* Ability to Travel at least 20%
* Passion for child development and toys is advantageous.
