Lili is seeking a Controller to join our team

We are looking to hire a smart, motivated and team player controller to join our growing finance team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Preparation of monthly and annual US GAAP consolidated financial statements including managing and developing month-end accounting processes and standards.

Preparation of the statutory financial statements

Analyze actual, forecast and budget expenses on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Manage budget control and analysis to maintain expense control

Overseeing Tax filings and reporting, both in the US & IL

Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures

Manage the relationship with the company's auditors on the annual audit,

work with and manage relationship with tax advisors.

Perform analytical analysis to explain variations and identify trends

Assist in monitoring and maintaining the company’s KPI’s

Support the sales cycle process with potential opportunities and support the sales team with monthly reporting.

Ad hoc reporting as needed for existing and for potential new business cases.

Requirements:

CPA with Big 4 Hi Tech department experience

At least Two years of experience post internship in a High-Tech company

(Experience in Fintech and the payments sector - an advantage)

Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills

Advanced accounting skills- US-GAAP

Hands-on and proactive approach to problem solving

Great attention to detail and ability to multitask

Experience working with global companies
