Software Engineering Team Leader - JI107974-3.12

As a team leader, you will manage new features' design, implementation, and delivery processes and build core components with performance in mind. This role is ideal for a highly skilled team leader who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is passionate about people, technology, and reliable infrastructure.

What you’ll do:

Leading the team in their day-to-day work, guiding the team's work to success

Guide and mentor team members to enhance their skills and support their personal and professional growth

Continuously work to improve the working processes and agility of the team

Oversee and manage the implementation and delivery of new features and enhancements according to the product team’s requirements.

Oversee and manage the continuous improvement and evolution of the product’s infrastructure.

Possess an agile mindset and have proven experience with Scrum methodologies.

Participate in high-level design discussions.

3+ years of proven experience leading a team of developers and being able to motivate and guide them towards achieving project goals.

Strong proficiency in Java- working on performance and scale in Java applications with cloud services.

Experience managing full-stack teams is a strong advantage

Experience with both monolithic and micro-service-based systems - an advantage

Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes - an advantage.
