The Role
We are looking for a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team temporarily to cover maternity leave. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in UX/UI design, showcasing a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing complex systems. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our platform's user experience, making it more intuitive, engaging, and efficient for our users.

Responsibilities:

Design and iterate on UX/UI aspects.
Work closely with the product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance usability and user satisfaction.
Ensure the design consistency and integrity of the platform.

Requirements:

2-3 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably with complex systems.
Strong proficiency in Figma is a plus; familiarity with other visual design and wire-framing tools is beneficial.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
A basic understanding of front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
