כמנהל/ת חשבונות ספקים בחברה תהיה/י חלק מחלקת הכספים לטיפול ותמיכה בספקים.

בתפקיד זה, תדווח/י מנהלת צוות בכספים

במסגרת התפקיד תהיה/י אחראי/ת על:

טיפול בכל תחומי הנהלת חשבונות ספקים, אימות וקליטת חשבוניות מול הזמנות רכש.
התאמות כרטיסים.
טיפול בהתכתבויות ספקים, תזכורות תשלום, פניות פנימיות.
חשבונות חתך , סגירת תקופה
טיפול בנושאי הנהלת חשבונות נוספים במידת הצורך
משרה מלאה עם אפשרות לשילוב עבודה מרחוק
בניית קשרי עבודה חיוביים בתוך החברה ומחוצה לה.
שיתוף פעולה הדוק עם הממשקים הפנימיים ברכש, לוגיסטיקה ובקרה.

מיומנויות נדרשות לתפקיד:

מנהל/ת חשבונות סוג 2- חובה, סוג 3- יתרון
ניסיון בעבודה מול ספקים- לפחות 5 שנים
אנגלית ברמה גבוהה
שליטה ב Excel ברמה גבוהה-חובה
עבודה עצמאית וראש גדול
גישה מקצועית ויזומה לעבודה, תשומת לב רבה לפרטים.
שליטה במערכות ERP : SAP /PRIORTY - יתרון משמעותי
נכונות ופתיחות לשינויים
