What You’ll Do:

As Finance Manager, you’ll be a hands-on leader driving our financial operations, strategic planning, and business insights. You will:

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including payroll, billing & collections, and supplier management.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual period closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Prepare, review, and present financial statements and management reports.
Coordinate with auditors, leading the annual audit and tax return process.
Own the annual budgeting and rolling forecasting cycles.
Track, analyze, and present key SaaS KPIs to leadership.
Build and maintain financial and operational models to support decision-making and scenario planning.
Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and recommend actions that drive growth and profitability.
Develop dashboards and visual presentations of KPIs for management and board meetings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred).
3+ years of experience in accounting, FP&A, and SaaS financial management.
Proficient in ERP systems, BI tools, and financial modeling (Excel and NetSuite).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
