Organizational Consultant

The Organizational Consultant (OC) is an entry position. The OC will join our team of consultants, advising senior management in leading corporations and government agencies on major organizational and operational business decisions and challenges. The role of the OC is extensive, being geared to address varied situations. Therefore, the OC must be precise and organized, have operational diagnostic skills, a steep learning curve, a teamwork ability, and good task management capabilities.

The responsibility of the OC includes the development of operational strategies that will have an effective impact on clients’ critical operations. In addition, participating in think-tanks, collating and performing complex analyses, leading interviews with key figures in the organization, and being creative in devising solutions to organizational problems.

Honor graduates holding a BA / MA/ MBA degree from leading academic institutions (in any academic field)
MBA degree in psychology organizational behavior
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal relations, creativity & initiative, curiosity, personal impact & leadership skills
Fluent Hebrew, Fluent English; additional language is an advantage
