This role part of TAPI commercial FP&A team and responsible for financial management of TAPI Legal and IT functions.How you’ll spend your dayAct as a financial business partner and provide ongoing financial support for different TAPI headquarter units. Closely work with the heads of Legal and IT units.Manage and develop budget control tools in the systems for CAPEX & OPEX, collaborate with stakeholders to align accounting treatment and financial reporting aspects.Track and analyze actual performance vs budget, investigate and explain key variances and drivers.Support TAPI Commercial FP&A processes - Rolling forecast, quarterly business performance, annual and long-range planning.Analyze actual results & prepare periodical reports for Commercial Management review to assist with tracking on actual results.Support ad hoc requests for analyses as part of FP&A routines.Your experience and qualifications2-3+ years of FP&A or other relevant proven experience.Bachelor's degree in Economics/Accounting.Strong analytical mindset & skills, attention to details and ability to communicate data clearly to various company stakeholders.Working abilities in a global environment, collaboration with many interfaces.Thorough understanding of financial systems, knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint- MUST.Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.Enjoy a more rewarding choiceReports ToAssoc Dir Business FinanceAlready Working @TEVA?If you are a current Teva employee, please apply using the internal career site available on "Employee Central".
