As a Country Manager, your responsibilities include but not limited to:
*Business Development*:
* Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve sales targets and market expansion goals.
* Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to maximize revenue generation.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including mobile network operators, retailers, distributors, and government agencies.
*Market Analysis and Planning*:
* Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
* Utilize market insights to develop sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and product positioning plans.
* Drive the development of annual and quarterly business plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
*Team Leadership:*
* Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of sales, marketing, and operational professionals.
* Set clear performance targets, provide regular coaching and feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments to drive organizational alignment and synergy.
*Brand Management*:
* Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
* Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all marketing collateral, advertising channels, and customer touchpoints.
* Monitor brand performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
*Financial Management*:
* Prepare and manage annual budgets, sales forecasts, and financial reports to monitor performance against targets.
* Implement cost optimization measures and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize profitability.
* Monitor and analyze financial KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth.
*Regulatory Compliance*:
* Stay updated on regulatory requirements, industry standards, and compliance obligations related to the mobile industry.
* Ensure adherence to local laws, regulations, and licensing requirements in all business operations.
* Proactively address any legal or compliance issues to mitigate risks and maintain the company's reputation and integrity.
*Qualifications and Skills*:
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
* Proven track record of successful leadership and management experience in the mobile industry or related field.
* In-depth knowledge of mobile technologies, products, and services, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and trends.
* Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels.
