Technical Back office Intern / student part time position

We’re looking for a curious and super responsible student Intern to join our awesome Creative team for a technical back office and part time position. In this position you will be working on back office tasks to help the design department's efforts reflect in our product:

1- Project management of product releases:

Act as the central point for gathering all updates related to product releases.
Upload changes and document them.
Manage our knowledge base for releases.
Activate new changes in the production areas of the product.

2- Tag mastering:

Own the tagging system for all Powtoon’s graphic assets and templates.
Utilize English AI tools to generate keywords.

This is a part time paid position that requires 2 or 3 working days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) from our beautiful offices in Tel Aviv (Ha’arbaa street).

This can be a great opportunity to understand how a startup company works, be part of various departments, and take part in software production from a non developing aspect.

Requirements

Proficient in English (spoken and written) - Must
Basic knowledge in adobe suite (animate, illustrator, photoshop)
Super visual detail oriented
Technical background and skills
An ability and motivation to take ownership on a task that can be repetitive.
Availability for 2 or 3 working days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) from our offices in Tel Aviv.
Super responsible individual that can take ownership on a project.
