We are looking for a talented, high-energy, and experienced Global Senior Manager of Information Technology to lead the company's IT department, ensuring it meets its strategic goals, which are critical to the growth and success of the company.

As our Senior Manager of IT, you will be responsible for overseeing the leadership of IT team members, establishing a world-class user experience for our employees and partners, while aligning to the strategic direction of the organization. In this role, you are expected to be hands-on in 70%-80% of your responsibilities, actively participating in technical tasks related to infrastructure, cloud platforms, and IT service management alongside your leadership duties.

To be successful, you will be required to develop trusted partnerships with all the other teams within the company, providing input into major decisions, and supporting all necessary projects and innovations, while aligning with the overall CISO and IT objectives.

Requirements:

2 + years of experience in an IT managerial position role from a global technology company.
5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator, managing networks in a Microsoft environment.
Strong experience with VMware, including deployment, management, and troubleshooting of virtual environments.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals.
Willingness and ability to be hands-on for 70%-80% of the role, working closely with the team on technical tasks and providing direct support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate in English fluently, both in writing and verbally.
Deep knowledge of the principles, best practices, and techniques used in administering complex infrastructure.
Experience of service measurements in providing IT services to a company.
Development and refinement of processes supported by automation.
Broad technical experience in infrastructure, SaaS and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities::

Oversee global IT department, including IT operations and service desk.
Develop and execute the organization's IT strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, promoting our culture of learning and talent development, combined with a focus on quality, metrics and effective communication within the team and with other departments.
Partner with the CISO and other teams to ensure all IT services and infrastructure are scalable, secure, and comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Be actively involved (70%-80%) in hands-on tasks related to infrastructure, cloud platforms, and IT service management, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support when necessary.
Document and enforce new and current IT policies and procedures to achieve operational goals.
