Molecular Biology Research Assistant

Biolojic Design, Ltd., a leading-edge company that designs multi-specific human

antibodies, is seeking a motivated research assistant to join our molecular biology

team. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform molecular biology techniques, including molecular cloning, construct design,

mutagenesis, and sequence analysis.

• Design and construct antibody libraries for phage and yeast cell surface display.
• NGS Library preparation for a variety of sequencing platforms.
• Data analysis, documentation, and presentation of scientific and experimental work

QUALIFICATIONS:

• M.Sc. in life sciences
• Experience in molecular biology procedures, including DNA cloning techniques, PCR,

sequence analysis, plasmid preparation, and amplification.

• Experience with common NGS platforms - advantage
• Experience with automated liquid handler systems - advantage
