The management of the company is now revisiting the company's go-to-market strategy and is looking for someone proficient in market research and Go-To-Market strategies.
Project description (as a basis for long-term employment):
This project has three stages; the first stage is the option to continue with the two following steps:
*Research: Market analysis and segmentation based on primary and secondary research, meeting with industry experts, professional meetings, proprietary database searches, interviews, and surveys conducted vis-à-vis customers and industry leaders.
*Strategy Development: Improve the existing go-to-market or growth strategic plan with the management team.
*Build the CRM system: Set up a system with the director of sales and schedule activities, including meetings with potential partners, customers, and distributors with the sales team.
Job description:
If you do a good job in your first three months as a Business Development Associate, you'll grow with us and assist with defining the company's business strategy, and play an essential role in shaping Solutum's business strategy.
You will assist with the formulation of comprehensive strategies that drive growth and market penetration.
This job will require understanding our industry, market dynamics, and data-driven strategies.
Key responsibilities:
* Support the company with formulating the critical elements of business planning such as Product-Market Fit, Market Size, Value Proposition, Competitive Landscape, etc.
*KPIs – Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of the Business strategy.
Requirements:
Business administration graduate, MBA student, or equivalent experience in a similar job.
Proven experience in market research and strategy or business development, excellent analytical skills, fluent in English or mother tongue.
