Senior Security Product Manager Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on security products. Strong understanding of security technologies, and industry standards, preferably in the application security domain. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business, or a related field. Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deliverables. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, asynchronous and synchronous, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving product initiatives from concept to launch. Customer-Centric: Deep empathy for customer needs and the ability to translate those needs into compelling product features. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions that meet both business and technical requirements. Not afraid of getting your hands dirty. Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Agile product management tools.
