What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end development of complex features, from design through production
Own high-impact product initiatives and drive execution
Contribute to scalable architecture and engineering best practices
Collaborate closely with Product, AI, and customer-facing teams
Mentor developers and promote engineering excellence
Support CI/CD processes, monitoring, and technical documentation
Help build AI-driven products that push the boundaries of innovation

Must-Have Requirements
✔ 5+ years of software development experience
✔ Proven experience owning and delivering complex features end-to-end
✔ Strong hands-on expertise with:
React
Node.js
JavaScript
HTML
CSS
✔ Deep understanding and practical experience with AI systems and AI Agents (mandatory)
✔ Experience mentoring developers and providing technical leadership
✔ Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have
⭐ Experience building AI-integrated products

GraphQL
AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, Serverless)
CI/CD pipelines
