Senior UI/UX Product Designer

For an Innovative B2B SaaS Company

We're seeking a talented Senior UI/UX Product Designer to join our team and take ownership of the entire product design process for our complex B2B SaaS system.

This role is critical in translating millions of data points and technical specifications into an intuitive, user-friendly product for non-technical users.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead the product design process from ideation to production

* Deliver both UX (75%) and UI (25%) design

* Develop creative solutions based on high-level PRDs

* Conduct user research, create wireframes, and design high-quality assets

* Review and ensure quality implementation

* Collaborate across departments to create exceptional user experiences

* Plan and manage design sprints for future team growth

**Qualifications:**

* 7+ years of experience designing complex systems/platforms.

* Proven track record in B2B SaaS product design.

* Strong UX expertise and end-to-end product design abilities.

* Experience collaborating with R&D teams using Agile methodologies.

* Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions.

* Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

* Fluency in written and spoken English.

* Proactive "can-do" mindset with a passion for design challenges.

**Preferred:**

* Experience as the sole designer in a startup environment.

* Familiarity with marketing campaigns and graphic design principles.

* Proficiency with Jira.
