Job Summary:

As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth business operations. You will collaborate with different teams to optimize workflows, implement process improvements, and support the overall efficiency of the company. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Assist in tracking key performance metrics and operational data.
Work with management to streamline procedures and optimize resources.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee performance monitoring.
Maintain and improve internal documentation and reporting systems.
Help manage vendor relationships and operational budgets.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools.
