Associate Business Operations Analyst

Ex Libris from Clarivate is looking for an Associate Business Operations Analyst to join our Business Operations team. The person in this role will be pivotal in optimizing and streamlining our operational processes and driving efficiency.
About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
0-2 years of business operations experience
Strong analytical skills and data analysis experience
Proficient level of English language (B2/C1)

Ability to understand business and work on system configuration
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work independently on complex assignments
Self-starter capable of learning on-the-fly
What will you be doing in this role?
Assist in gathering and analyzing data related to business operations, providing insights to support decision-making and process improvements.
Prepare reports on operational performance metrics, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information for internal stakeholders.
Support the development and documentation of business processes and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with operational goals.
Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and assist in the implementation of process improvements.
Contribute to tracking and monitoring the department’s key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring that metrics are effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders.
Provide support for ad-hoc operational projects, including data collection, analysis, and reporting to improve departmental efficiency.
Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas for improving business operations processes and supporting ongoing initiatives.
About the Team
You will be a part of a global team of Service and Business operations. Your day-to-day will be focusing on working with Service managers, reporting to the Manager of Business Operations

Our base is in the Jerusalem, Israel office, hybrid mode.
This is a full-time position.
