Payroll Specialist

Requirements:

5 years of experience as a payroll accountant.
Significant hands-on experience working with the Hilan payroll system.
Proven experience managing the payroll process end-to-end.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Relevant certifications.
Strong understanding of the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding and final settlements.

We're looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our Payroll team in Israel. You'll take ownership of the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations while partnering closely with HR, Finance, managers, and employees. You Will:

Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process.
Own all payroll-related aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes, offboarding, and final settlements.
Work extensively with the Hilan payroll system.
Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
Provide professional support and guidance to employees regarding payroll inquiries.
