Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Dimona is currently seeking applicants for an HR Student.

As an HR Student, you will be responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, and onboarding processes, and coordinating HR-related meetings and events.

Job Location:

Dimona is located in Southern Israel in the Negev, not far from the Dead Sea area, the lowest point on earth.

The factory in Dimona was established in 1986 and has over 1,000 employees.

Vishay Capacitors are embedded in various industries: Automotive, Telecom, Computers, Medical, Military, etc.

What you will be doing:

To support the human resources department in a unit with approximately 1000 employees.
To follow-up of trainings, issuing letters of appointment.
To recruit candidates for production, managing the work relations with placement companies, sorting resumes, conducting interviews.
To handle corporate publications, bulletin board, birthdays, corporate application.
To participation in welfare projects and other fields.

What you will bring along:

Bachelor’s degree student in the field of social sciences - mandatory.
A commitment to at least three days a week, during semester holidays, prepared for additional working days - mandatory.
Office software - mandatory at a high level.
English language: reading, writing at a good level.
Previous experience in the field - an advantage.
