At Similarweb, the legal team operates across Israel and the US, collaborating seamlessly across time zones. We play a pivotal role in driving the company's success, enabling deals to close faster, ensuring compliance with complex regulations, and safeguarding the business as it scales. This role directly supports these efforts, making it essential to Similarweb's continued growth and market leadership.

So, what will you be doing all day?

Serve as a trusted advisor to sales, marketing, product, and other business teams across the globe, delivering practical, business-oriented legal guidance on a wide range of commercial and operational issues.
Draft, review, negotiate, and close commercial agreements with customers, partners, resellers, data licensors, and vendors.
Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product Security, and other stakeholders to move deals forward while safeguarding company interests.
Monitor global data privacy and other regulatory developments, contributing to Similarweb's privacy compliance program—experience in this area is a strong plus.
Develop and refine templates, playbooks, and processes to support efficient scaling.
Work with outside counsel as needed to ensure high-quality, cost-effective support.

This is the perfect job for someone who has:

4-7 years of commercial law experience, including time at a leading law firm and/or in-house at a global technology company.
The ability to independently draft and close complex commercial agreements.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with excellent English.
Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach.
