What you’ll do:

Build and lead the company’s engineering function from the ground up, including hiring a core team, defining technical strategy, and executing on the MVP roadmap
Own the company’s engineering vision and execution, focusing on building the MVP and achieving product-market fit within 12-18 months.
Help build, deliver against, and design the company’s product roadmap.
Work closely with design partners and prospective customers to ensure the success of active engagement, synthesizing feedback to make needed changes and improvements to the product.
Be an integral part of our executive team.

A data-driven approach to decision-making with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
Strong motivation to be part of a cutting-edge startup redefining the future of scam prevention.
7+ years of proven hands-on production-grade development experience.
5+ years of experience in managing high-performing engineering teams and delivering in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Experience with scalable infrastructure and public clouds (AWS/ Azure / GCP).
Strong understanding of data engineering, data pipelines, and MLOps
Experience with large-scale SaaS production services, databases, and Big Data.
Experience implementing and managing DevOps practices and CI/CD architecture.
Experience building products that revolve around data ingest and analytics.
Strong technical craft mastery and engineering discipline.
Deep organization capabilities, especially regarding influence, collaboration, and communication.

Nice to have:

Experience in fraud prevention/detection, security, or data-driven risk systems.
Early-stage experience.
