Industrial Print Financial Analyst

Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing valuable insights and solutions for specific functions or business units. The role actively drives accounts reconciliations, forecasting process, aligning with overall business objectives and supporting policy and process enhancement. The role will provide direction to team activities and facilitating information validation and team decision making.

Responsibilities

Performs complex financial analysis for specific functions or business units, identifies issues and recommends solutions.
Reconciliation of accounts.
Conducts comprehensive financial analysis for specific functions or business units, providing valuable analytics to support key business initiatives.
Participates in cross-functional teams as a representative of the finance domain.
Stablishes and maintains relationships with business leaders to guide and influence decision-making.
Supports policy and process enhancement, identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and organizational growth.
Drives the forecasting process (weekly, monthly, and long term) by analysing trends within the businesses and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Provides information and counsel in the areas of controls, budgeting, and planning, return on investment decisions, and the development of overall business plans and strategies.
Solves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently.
Leads moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans.

Education & Experience Recommended

Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 2-5 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field or an advanced degree with 2-5 years of work experience.

Requirements:

2-5 years of relevant professional experience in an FP&A function
Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Accounting/Business Management. An MBA is an advantage.
Analytical mind with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing environment
Able to take ownership of fast-paced projects with rapidly shifting priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to translate financial analytics into clear and insightful recommendations
Efficient and creative problem-solver
Excellent knowledge of Excel
Experience working with ERP systems and BI tools (such as Tableau)
Excellent English skills – writing and verbal
