SW Team Lead

SW Team at Nova is looking for a SW TL to take part in development complex in-house software platform.

Requirements:

Have bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
Have 5+ years of hands-on software design and development at least 3 of them in C# and .NET
3+ years’ experience of leading a SW team.
At least 2 years of working experience in muti disciplinary companies
Ability and willingness to work on any tier, from UI front end to the Server back end.
Excellent communication skills
English- High Level
Enjoy working in collaboration to achieve common goals
Be able to work and motivate others within his sphere of influence
Be able to translate complex concepts to co-workers of various background
Dedicated, self-motivated team player
Availability to fly abroad for short periods if needed.

Role Responsibilities:

What you will be doing:

Leading an SW team of 4-5 SW Eng.
Manage the team’s capacity, work plan and content grooming to meet project goals with project management
You'll oversee the professional growth of your team both in technical and Nova domain knowledge
You’ll serve as focal point for the team's interfaces and oversee the flow of information to/from your parallel system & QA teams as well as other SW teams.
You’ll be part of our SW group managerial team and will contribute to the improvement of our work processes & tools as a whole
