You are expected to:

Own end-to-end product delivery and drive roadmap strategy with measurable KPIs
Coordinate with global stakeholders to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and track performance metrics
Develop data-driven insights to influence product decisions and senior leadership
Lead cross-functional engineering and design teams to identify critical problems and shape iterative solutions
Create and maintain comprehensive product requirements documents (PRDs)
Drive customer engagement through repeat usage, feature adoption, and satisfaction metrics

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Owner in a SaaS company.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Proven track record of owning feature delivery and product tradeoffs
Strong background in technical SaaS products
Experience with end-to-end product lifecycle management
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product development frameworks
Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities
Understanding of web accessibility standards and technologies - advantage
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
Customer-centric mindset with focus on user experience
