Project Engineer

IDE Technologies, a world leader in water treatment solutions, is looking for a Project Engineer to join us and be responsible for leading and overseeing all engineering aspects of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all engineering activities within the project.
Lead integration and coordination across multiple disciplines: process, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, and control.
Define work logic and set priorities between departments.
Review and validate design against client requirements and company standards.
Ensure compliance with specifications while identifying opportunities for change orders.
Represent engineering in meetings with the client and internal stakeholders.
Provide regular progress reports on engineering tasks, including hours and budget tracking.

Location: Kadima (On site)

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience as a Project Engineer in an engineering company (mandatory).
2–4 years of prior experience in mechanical or process design (mandatory).
Proven ability to lead matrix teams or manage people (advantage).
High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Knowledge of mechanical/process equipment and civil/infrastructure disciplines.
Previous experience in water treatment systems design (strong advantage).
Proficiency in CAD systems (advantage).
